Currently working for the Financial Services Department – Real Estate Services office in the City of Austin organization. Primary responsibilities include business planning, technology assessment, project management, policy development, technical writing, and supporting operations.
- Actively leading a multi-million dollar enterprise solution search and implementation for the department, to respond to audit requirements and to modernize operations
- Key advisor to the Executive Team on operations, technology, policies, and procedures

Service Delivery Manager & Server Engineer – Virginia Tech, Blacksburg VA 2015 – 2019
Employed as a Service Delivery Manager and Server Support Engineer for the Division of Operations Information Technology department at Virginia Tech. Primary responsibilities include knowledge management for the Server Support Team; supporting and maintaining enterprise applications for the department and division; and participating in solution and proposal reviews for new solutions and service providers.
- Project Lead and Subject Matter Expert launching a new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform supporting IT and our division, including the creation of a new service catalog, knowledge base, ticketing system, time tracking, internal training, and creating resource reports for leadership
